WEST CHESTER, Pa. — Penn State Extension announces that we will be hosting STEM Camp, July 5-7, daily from 10 AM to 2 PM at the Chester County Government Service Center, 601 Westtown Road, West Chester.
The camp, designed for children 8 and older, will explore 6 different STEM projects including game design with SCRATCH, Kitchen Chemistry, Robotics, and Engineering Design. Penn State staff and teen STEM ambassadors will lead the program.
The cost for the Day Camp is $25 for youth not currently enrolled in 4-H and includes 4-H membership. There is no charge for current 2021-22 4-H Members. Register on 4h.zsuite.org and select Chester County as county of participation and select STEM camp July 5-6-7 as the club or contact our Penn State Extension office at ChesterExt@psu.edu or 610-696-3500 for help. The registration deadline is June 30th or until the class reaches capacity. Other 4-H Summer camps include overnight camp, babysitting and candy making.
