COLUMBIA, Mo. — Missouri Gov. Mike Parson will deliver the keynote address for the “MU for You: County Extension Council Workshop” 2 p.m. Thursday, March 28, at the Reynolds Alumni Center on the University of Missouri campus in Columbia.
This two-day spring workshop, sponsored by MU Extension and the University of Missouri State Extension Council, is designed to give county extension council members tools to help them build effective partnerships, identify local needs, learn about university resources and manage local extension funding issues.
In all 114 Missouri counties, extension councils comprising elected and appointed citizens help guide local MU Extension educational programming.
