RALEIGH, N.C.–This conference will include discussing how alfalfa can fit into a North Carolina forage management system; the agronomics, pest management, production costs, and hay management of alfalfa and bermudagrass. A visit to demonstration plots at a nearby hay producer’s farm will also be highlighted, as part of a project funded by the NC AgVentures Grant program.
