HARRISBURG, Pa. — The U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Natural Resources Conservation Service invites the public to attend the Pennsylvania State Technical Committee meeting on Jan. 16 at the USDA State Office in Harrisburg, Pa.
Quarterly State Technical Committee Meetings are held to discuss natural resources conservation in Pennsylvania and provide recommendations to NRCS on the implementation of Farm Bill programs.
January’s meeting will include updates on 2018 conservation programs, a report on the NRCS Technical Guide and a presentation on Monitoring the Water Quality of Conservation Practices from John Clune of the US Geological Survey.
