MONTELLO, Wis. — Nelson and Pade, Inc.®, the world’s leading company on aquaponics, is offering a brand new, one day class on aquaponic food production in Montello, WI on February 15th. In aquaponics, you raise fish and vegetables together in one integrated, sustainable system, without the use of pesticides, herbicides or chemical fertilizers. Aquaponics can be used to grow food for your family, to feed a village or in a profitable commercial venture.
The new “A Day in the Life” aquaponics class offered by Nelson and Pade, Inc.® is a great opportunity to learn the basics of running an aquaponic systems with an introduction to the science behind what makes it work. You will receive a full day of comprehensive instruction and hands-on learning.
The one day aquaponics class will take place at the Nelson and Pade, Inc.® campus, W3731 State Hwy 23, Montello, WI 53949 on Friday, February 15th, 9:00AM-4:30PM. The cost is $249/person, which includes the class, a tour of their state-of-the-art-greenhouse, hands-outs and information and a homemade soup and aquaponically-grown salad luncheon.
