OKLAHOMA CITY — Ronald J. Norick, Chairman of the Board, recently announced the Oklahoma State Fair Board of Directors has added, by unanimous approval: Robert H. Alexander Jr., P.C., and Robin Roberson to its ranks.
“It is with great pleasure that we welcome both Robert and Robin as valuable new members to our Board,” stated Norick. “Their collective input and enthusiasm will, no doubt, be instrumental in the continued progress and success of State Fair Park and the Oklahoma State Fair, being presented this year September 12 – 22.”

Mr. Robert Alexander Jr. graduated from Oklahoma City public school, Douglass High School in 1969. He then graduated from Howard University in the top 1% of his class. Upon Graduation he was inducted into Phi Beta Kappa and commissioned Second Lieutenant in the United States Army.
He returned to Oklahoma in 1976, after graduating from Harvard Law School. Mr. Alexander served as a law clerk for the late Judge William J Holloway, Jr. of the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit. Thereafter, he became the first African American to be hired by and later made partner in a major Oklahoma law firm.
In 1988, Mr. Alexander established The Law Office of Robert H. Alexander Jr., P.C. The Alexander firm now occupies the 24th floor of the Oklahoma’s most historic skyscraper and represents many Fortune 200 clients, nationwide. The Alexander firm has been featured in many publications such as the National Law Journal, and Lawyers Weekly USA.
Current civic activities include Co-chairman, American Bar Association’s Products Liability Litigation
Committee; Member of the National Center for State Courts; Alumni, Leadership Oklahoma City and
Leadership Oklahoma; Formally served on the Board of the Opportunities Industrialization Center;
among many others – both past and present.
Robin Roberson Biographical Information
Robin Roberson is the prior CEO and Co-Founder of WeGoLook. WeGoLook was founded to bolster confidence in purchase decisions and now has a community of over 45,000 independent contractors across the United States, Canada, Australia, and U.K. Robin sold majority interest in WeGoLook in 2017 to Crawford & Company and is consistently recognized as one of the top 10 global influencers within insurtech.
Roberson began her career at the Washington Post and advanced to regional and management positions in Missouri and Mississippi. Returning to Oklahoma, Roberson founded a consulting firm which primarily centered around providing automotive dealerships exposure to internet and online sales. Her e-commerce experience and development of enterprise solutions combined with her early entry into the sharing economy gives her a unique voice in tech and the gig economy.
Current civic activities include Board of Directors, Audit Committee Member, BancFirst; board of directors, Creative Oklahoma; Board of Directors, Greater OKC YMCA; Member, Women President’s Organization; Future of Risk Advisory Board, The Institutes Org.
In addition to re-electing Ron Norick as chairman, the Board also re-elected the following slate of officers: David Thompson, vice chairman; E. Carey Joullian IV, vice chairman; G. Rainey Williams, Jr., treasurer; Timothy J. O’Toole, President & CEO. Shannon Crossley, corporate secretary, was also reelected. At the recommendation of the Nominating Committee, the Board also appointed William Crawford to the Honorary Board in recognition of his outstanding service to the Oklahoma State Fair over the past few years.
