FARGO, N.D. — The North Dakota Corn Growers Association’s (NDCGA) Board has elected Andrew Mauch to become the organization’s next president starting in the new fiscal year, which begins July 1, 2022. Mauch grows corn, soybeans, navy beans, and sugar beets on his farm near Mooreton, ND, with his father and brother.
“I’m honored to serve North Dakota’s corn farmers as the NDCGA president,” said Mauch. “With everything going on in Washington right now – ethanol, trade, and farm bill, it’s a critical time for ag. The more voices we have together as a unified team the better we will be. As we look forward to the next session, in Bismarck, I look forward to working with farmers across North Dakota to accomplish common goals.” Mauch previously served as Vice President for NDCGA.
The North Dakota Corn Growers Association advocates for the more than 13,000 corn growers in the state, and has since 1987. NDCGA is the farmer-led membership organization focusing on policy that impacts North Dakota corn producers.
