WARREN, R.I. — The Northeast Organic Farming Association of Rhode Island (NOFA/RI) announces their 2017 Winter Conference to be held on Sunday, March 5 from 8:30 am – 4:30 pm at Hope & Main, 691 Hope Street in Warren, RI.
NOFA/RI’s 2017 Winter Conference will feature a full day of workshops with nationally and regionally recognized speakers in organic and sustainable agriculture. With workshops on Balancing Farm & Life, a Round-table on Carbon Restoration, Beekeeping Basics, Organic Certification, Livestock Workshops, Growing for a Winter CSA, the business of farming, this Winter Conference has something for everyone, be they a gardener, farmer or fan of organic foods.
