HAMPSTEAD, N.H. — The New Hampshire Maple Producers Association’s (NHMPA) Winter Annual Meeting is coming Saturday, January 21, 2023. This year’s meeting will be at the Common Man Inn & Spa in Plymouth, NH. This event is a great way for maple producers of all kinds to connect, hear updates on the state’s maple industry, and learn from researchers, experts, and one another.
In addition to association business this year’s event will feature several guest speakers. Representatives from Townsquare Media will present on radio promotions and how they can help a maple producer’s business during maple season. Trevor Hardy of Brookdale Fruit Farm will present on irrigation systems and how they can be applied to maple production. Adam Bolitk from the New Hampshire Bureau of Economic Development and Commerce and a representative from the University of New Hampshire will talk about new grants. Other speakers include University of Vermont plant biologist Abby van den Berg and Glenn Goodrich.
