WESTERVILLE, Ohio — A free webinar on planning for a water well is being offered to home owners and others who work with household water well owners by the National Ground Water Association on Sept. 6 at 11 a.m.
This webinar will cover planning a well before house construction, getting a replacement well, factors affecting the physical location of a well, separation distances from contamination sources, the relationship between well location and water quality and quantity and how water demand affects well construction.
The presenter is Mark Layten, a certified well driller and pump installer with Kickapoo Drilling Company in Downs, Ill.
