BINGHAMTON, N.Y.–As a service provider who works with veterans, do you have an understanding of farming and farmers’ needs? Or perhaps you are working in agriculture and aren’t sure how to work effectively with veterans and service providers.
This two day conference will provide a range of Professional Development Seminars, Poster Sessions, networking and follow-up support for those in the field. The goal is to determine what services ARE being provided and where there is room for improvement. Best practices will be identified in creating/maintaining local/regional service provider networks. Moving forward there will be a plan for creating a more cohesive network across NYS and partners identified to take on this initiative.
