DELHI, N.Y. — AgriForaging Food Safety has launched their NEW education programming being offered at the Delaware County eCenter at 5 ½ Main Street (Training Room), Delhi, NY for their Fall/Winter 2016 Session. Classes are being held every other Thursday evening (6pm-8pm) starting on September 1, 2016 (excluding holidays); while also offering all-day Saturday workshops once per month. - Thursday, September 1, 2016: Basics of Meat Science (6pm-8pm)
- Thursday, September 15, 2016: Basics of Livestock Slaughter, Techniques & Equipment (6pm-8pm)
- Saturday, September 24, 2016: Full Carcass Lamb Processing (9am–3pm)
- Thursday, September 29, 2016: Basics of Livestock Welfare (6pm-8pm)
