PITTSBORO, N.C. — With two weeks until the 2022 Piedmont Farm Tour kicks off, we’re excited to share who the newcomers to this year’s farm tour are.

As an annual event—25 years and running!—which farms participating in the farm tourebbs and flows with the seasons. With life changes, attending markets, or crop shifts, farmers constantly balance many factors to open their barn doors and field gates to the public each April.

This year, we’re thrilled to welcome four new farms: one has alpacas, two are vegetable farms—one has bees and a youth program, the other is a no-till farm with space to picnic—and the last one specializes in flowers.

Whether you’re a returning tourgoer eager to see who is new this year, or a first-timer that wants to get to know a few of this year’s farms a bit better, CLICK HERE!
