COBLESKILL, N.Y. — Cornell Cooperative Extension of Schoharie and Otsego Counties is pleased to announce the appointment of Teresa Adell as a Subject Educator serving the 4-H Program in Schoharie County.
Mrs. Adell brings extensive knowledge of 4-H and Extension programming to this position. Melinda McTaggart, 4-H Resource Educator, stated “Schoharie County 4-H is fortunate to have found such a tremendously qualified candidate for this important role in the organization. Teresa possesses a wealth of knowledge, volunteer experience and enthusiasm about what this program can offer both youth and adult volunteers. I am looking forward to working with her to develop 4-H.” Mrs. Adell’s roles have included club leadership, Martin Hall 4-H Superintendent at the Otsego County Fair, and service on the 4-H Program Advisory Committee. In addition to her volunteer work with 4-H, she is also active in her community serving the Butternut Valley Grange, Gilbertsville Baptist Church, and the Otego Library.
