BROOKVILLE, Ohio — Each year, the Montgomery Soil & Water Conservation District offers two scholarships to the youth of our county to assist them in furthering their conservation knowledge and goals.
Take a week to learn about trees and wildlife, courtesy of the Montgomery SWCD. Students in 9-12 grade who are at least 15 and a Montgomery county resident can win a full scholarship (worth $375) to Ohio Forestry & Wildlife Conservation Camp at Camp Muskingum in Carroll County.
Are you headed to college this fall and majoring in Natural Resources Management or an Agricultural Field? Each year, the Montgomery SWCD awards one $500 scholarship to a deserving student in Montgomery County.
