STROUDSBURG, Pa. — The Monroe County 4-H Program Development Committee is currently accepting applications for their $500.00 education scholarship. Current Monroe County 4-H members/4-H Alumnus (ages 17 to 25, age as of January 1, 2020) are eligible to apply. Those applying must have been enrolled in Monroe County 4-H for a minimum of 2 years and be a legal resident of Monroe County at the time of application.
