JEFFERSON CITY, Mo. — Missouri CommonGround volunteer and corn farmer Addie Yoder, of Leonard, Mo., recently invited cameras out to the farm to share ‘her’spective from the farm with consumers and fellow moms. As part of a National CommonGround campaign, the video series being shared through social media highlights how women from all areas can connect. Whether urban, rural, mom, young professional, or empty nester, Addie stresses the importance of finding common ground and connecting over the things we each value. By doing so, CommonGround volunteers like Addie can become trusted sources on other topics – such as farming and food production. Be sure to check out the series at www.facebook.com/commongroundnow.
