SIOUX FALLS, S.D. — A Class C CAFO permit hearing will be held for Brian Alderson of Hartford, South Dakota, at 7:00 p.m. on January 23 at the Minnehaha County Administration Building. Brian is applying to build a 700-head deep pit cattle barn to replace the farm’s current hoop barn. Brian has hosted Ag United bus tours at his farm and was featured in a recent profile. If you are able to attend the hearing to show support for the application and livestock production in Minnehaha County, please plan to do so.
