WESTMINSTER, Md. — MidAtlantic Farm Credit recently announced the hiring of Connie Small as a loan officer. She will be based in the Association’s office in Westminster, Maryland.
“We are very excited to have Connie join our sales team at Farm Credit,” says John Stump, MidAtlantic Farm Credit Lending Manager. “Her ag lending experience and financial expertise will bring value to our member-borrowers here in Central Maryland.”
In her role as a loan officer, Small will be working with customers to guide them through the various financing options for their specific needs. “I hope to offer Farm Credit’s members a knowledgeable and holistic approach to their lending requests,” says Small. “In learning more about our members’ unique businesses and dreams, my goal is to provide financial solutions that best suit their needs, along with options to choose what makes the most sense in the long term.”
Small, a resident of Littlestown, Pennsylvania, grew up milking cows and baling hay on both of her grandparents’ dairy farms. Prior to joining Farm Credit, she worked at PNC Bank as an Ag Specialist VP, Business Banking Relationship Manager, Branch Manager, and in Customer Service during her 33 year career.
