JEFFERSON CITY, Mo. — Missouri Farm Bureau Insurance has launched a new program that rewards policyholders, promotes safety and promotes Missouri agriculture. It’s called MORE, for Missouri Rewards.
Michelle Sheppard, senior director of Farm Bureau Town & Country Insurance Company of Missouri, says the MORE program is unique in a number of ways, making this an exciting time to be a Missouri Farm Bureau Insurance policyholder.
“There are other rewards programs out there for consumers. Frequent flyer miles are an example. Few, if any insurance companies are doing what we are for our customers,” she said. “Keeping our customers and their property safe is important to our mission. This program provides incentives for purchases of products and services that encourage safety and loss prevention such as: fire extinguishers, child safety seats, first aid kits and more. In addition, our customers can use points to buy Missouri-made agri-products and services through an exclusive network of Missouri Farm Bureau member businesses. Points can also go toward a donation to the Missouri Farm Bureau Foundation for Agriculture.”
MORE benefits Missouri Farm Bureau’s auto, home and farm insurance customers. Points are earned based on premiums paid and other qualifications, but the program does not require sign up or enrollment. Keeping track of points is easily done on the online customer account portal. Points do not expire as long as one qualifying policy is maintained by the customer.
“We know our members will like this program,” Sheppard said. “Who else has a rewards program where one may use points to buy fire extinguishers, visit a pumpkin patch or donate to a program that promotes agricultural education in classrooms?”
