Live preparation of an actual 2016 farm tax return will show you what goes where and highlight important issues, such as equipment depreciation, self-employment taxes, gasoline/fuel credits, savings strategies, and various deductibles.
This workshop will take place on Saturday March 4th from 1-3pm at Cornell Cooperative Extension of Broome County. The presenter will be Gerald LeClar, NYFarmNet consultant. Come get all your questions answered and feel prepared to file your own farm tax return.
Cost is $10/farm to attend, to cover the cost of refreshments and printed materials. Please pre-register to ensure enough food & materials are ordered.
