CARLISLE, Pa. — Penn State Extension Master Watershed Steward Program of Cumberland, Franklin, and Adams counties is accepting orders for native trees and shrubs through August 31st. The sale, which serves as a fundraiser for the program, offers 26 varieties of trees and shrubs. Orders are placed on-line at https://extension.psu.edu/mws-tree-sale and will be available for pick-up between 4:00pm-7:00pm on Friday, on September 20, 2022, at the rear of the Allen Road Campus, 310 Allen Road, Carlisle.

The Master Watershed Steward Program educates and empower volunteers to protect environmental resources. After receiving 40 hours of training, Master Watershed Stewards give back to the community by offering educational opportunities, collecting citizen science data, organizing clean ups, working on wildlife habitat and stream restoration projects and more.
