CANFIELD, Ohio — We all love to enjoy our gardens during the spring and summer, but what about fall and winter? Join the Master Gardeners for some coffee and donuts, all while learning how to create your own year-round garden indoors.
This program, held Sept. 18, will start at 9:30 a.m. with refreshments and will continue with an educational program from 10 a.m. to noon. Program speaker Peg Zeleznik, Mahoning County Master Gardener Volunteer, will show participants how to get creative with their space at home and start a kitchen garden.
Registration for this event is $15, which includes coffee, a light breakfast and program handouts. Registration can be mailed or dropped off at Mahoning County Extension, 490 S. Broad St., Canfield, OH. Seating is limited and is filled on a first come, first serve basis, so register early.
