MONTROSE, Pa. — Do you have a sick plant, a weed you just can’t seem to ID, or a burning need for horticultural advice? Some questions we receive on our Garden Hotline are issues that plague us all, while others are so bizarre that it takes several experts to puzzle them out.
Starting April 17, our expert Master Gardeners and Extension Educators from across the state will be answering some of your garden questions during our new program, “Garden Hotline LIVE”. The first season of this 5-session live webinar series will air from noon to 12:30 p.m. on the first and third Fridays of each month through June 19 and take a closer look at the things that pop up in springtime landscapes across Pennsylvania. To register: https://extension.psu.edu/
If you have a question, you’d like to see answered on Garden Hotline LIVE, you can submit it in advance by filling out the form on the Garden Hotline LIVE page where you register. Why are we asking for questions in advance for a LIVE session? Our Extension Experts and Master Gardeners carefully research each question that comes in on our Garden Hotline to ensure that we’re giving you the most accurate, scientifically-based response possible, and we want to make sure folks watching LIVE get the same high-quality content. Questions asked during the LIVE show will be answered by our on-air experts to the best of their ability or may be queued for further research and presented at the next session.
The webinars are free to attend, but you will need to register online to receive the links for the live webinars. The sessions will also be recorded and will be available on the Penn State Extension website.
