WESTMINSTER, Md. — MidAtlantic Farm Credit recently announced their new Member Assistance Program for its member-borrowers and their families to utilize for anonymous support in times of need.
“The stress farmers and their families are experiencing today is undeniable,” said Tom Truitt, MidAtlantic Farm Credit CEO. “This free resource is available to any member and their immediate family who may be struggling with issues in either their work or personal lives. We’re proud to provide support to the agricultural community in every way we can, financial or otherwise, and we are excited to offer this benefit to our members.”
The Member Assistance Program is available to all current MidAtlantic Farm Credit member-borrowers and those in their household. Members can utilize anonymous counseling services for marital, parenting, aging and work life, legal and financial services, identity theft recovery and more. The program is accessed through an online resource portal or by calling a 24/7 hotline.
