HARRISBURG, Pa. — The Pennsylvania Agronomic Education Society (PAES) annually hosts a two-day conference with the focus on agronomic education for agricultural professionals in the Mid-Atlantic who need continuing education credits. The conference will be held on January 19 and 20, 2023 at the Wyndham Garden Hotel at Mountain View Country Club in Boalsburg, PA.
According to Lyle Stephens, Central Region Manager with Growmark FS and the Chair of the PAES Planning Committee, “This conference brings together expertise from public and private sectors to promote the optimization of agronomic practices throughout the Mid-Atlantic”.
The conference will feature an array of speakers from across the United States discussing topics ranging from Agriculture Input and Supply Chain Challenges to High Yield Crop Production to Incorporating Technology into Nutrient Management Planning. In total, there will be 20 different education sessions to attend. Each of the 20 sessions will offer Certified Crop Advisor credits and/or Act 38 Nutrient Management and PA Pesticide (Category 1 and 18) credits.
