Landscape Pests workshop to be held April 23

Will be held Saturday, April 23 from 10 am to 12 pm at the CCE office, 203 North Hamilton St., Watertown

WATERTOWN, N.Y. — Cornell Cooperative Extension of Jefferson County will host an educational program, Landscape Pests on Saturday, April 23 from 10 am to 12 pm at the CCE office, 203 North Hamilton St., Watertown.

The program will focus on Asian Jumping Worms, Spotted Lanternfly, and Spongy Moth (formerly known as gypsy moth). These invasive species can have a negative impact on landscapes and gardens. We will discuss identification, prevention, and control measures.

This is a free event, but registration is required. To register visit reg.cce.cornell.edu/LandPests_222 or contact Sue Gwise at 315-788-8450.
