FRANKFORT — KEEP Day in Frankfort is an opportunity for KEEP members to show their support for the horse industry. People from across the Commonwealth will meet with their state legislators to talk about the importance of horses to the economies of their districts and to Kentucky.
The event will take place at the State Capitol in Frankfort on February 22, 2017.
