MANKATO, Minn. — A coalition of national and area environmental, religious and community groups are joining forces to challenge and question the social justice, environmental, and animal welfare impacts of factory farming in Minnesota. The last meeting of the three-part series will take place Feb. 23 at Minnesota State University, Mankato in Ostrander Auditorium. The panel discussion will run from 6-7:30 p.m. Farmers are encouraged to attend and be a voice for modern agriculture.
