NORTH HAVERHILL, N.H. — The Jumpstart to Farm Food Safety Team invites New Hampshire and Maine produce farmers to attend the Year 2 webinar. This new webinar will feature produce farmers and their food safety enhancement strategies and results after their first year with Jumpstart. We will also answer your questions about joining for the 2023 season.
When you sign up for Jumpstart, you will work one-to-one with Extension Educators to create low and no-cost food safety improvements to your farm, including wash/pack shed layout improvements, DIY handwash stations, changing to food-safe sanitizers, and writing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and cleaning checklists – to name just a few of the projects we can help with technical assistance. There is no cost to farmers.
