COBLESKILL, N.Y. — On Saturday, July 14th, entertaining attendees of the Festival Farmers Market “Opening Day” for the 2018 growing season, the longest running farmers market in Schoharie County welcomes the newest performer in their summer line up.
In its 23rd year, Festival Farmers Market located in Cobleskill NY, opens the market for business for 2018 growing season on July 14th. To help kick off the opening, they are debuting the local singer-songwriter, John M. Nardelli. Mr. Nardelli currently hails from Gilboa, NY after having raised his family in Dutchess County. A long time drummer, he taught himself the guitar not very long ago in the Richie Haven style, and brings new songs honed in area open mics.
As is the tradition for opening day, the pie bakers of Barnerville UMC be accompanying the usual selection of baked goods, local cheeses, milk soaps, USDA Meats, honey and maple, with an ample stock of fresh picked produce and fruits of the season, presented by the Festival Farmers Market vendors.
