The Ohio Cattlemen’s Association (OCA) is seeking a dynamic and energetic communicator to lead the association’s membership marketing and revenue development programs. The position will provide oversight and implementation of membership programming and engage with industry partners and cattle farmers. Responsibilities include execution of OCA’s membership marketing programs, providing and organizing member services, planning educational programs, executing association sponsorships and increasing advertising sales.
Our ideal candidate will hold a bachelor’s degree and have a minimum 1-year experience in a same or similar role. Our most successful team members are highly organized, show great attention to detail, and demonstrate high levels of skill with office software and technology. The best person for this position would enjoy traveling around the state to visit farms, auction market and businesses and should feel comfortable picking up the phone to spark a conversation.
