VICTOR, N.Y. — CountryMax Stores, a Western New York family-owned business with 18 retail locations, is proud to announce the addition of a new inventory processing and receiving administrator and a new events coordinator. Both are key roles based out of the organization’s busy Support Center and distribution hub in Victor, NY.

  • Sabrina Nussbaumer joins as an inventory processing and receiving administrator. Sabrina is a Canandaigua resident and Nazareth College graduate who has worked in operations roles at several area organizations, all while growing her own jewelry design business. At CountryMax, Sabrina is responsible for tracking and receiving a variety of popular, fast-selling products.
  • Makenna Becker is now the CountryMax events coordinator. Originally from Atlanta, NY, near Naples, Makenna lives in Rochester, NY, and graduated from Keuka College. She has worked in several hospitality roles, including party planning at the Seneca Park Zoo. At CountryMax, Makenna’s focus will be coordinating birthday parties for children and pets, school and community group visits, pet therapy and obedience classes, canning and cooking demonstrations, corporate team building, holiday photo events, even pet weddings. Makenna is a pet lover, an enthusiastic activity leader and a fan of foraging — finding edible plants, including wild mushrooms and more!

Ten CountryMax Stores have dedicated event spaces accommodating groups of up to 40 people. For information about all the event possibilities and costs, visit CountryMax.com.

CountryMax is always on the lookout for talented employees for its retail, distribution and operations teams. CountryMax Stores serve customers with a variety of home and lifestyle interests, including dog, cat and small animal owners, wild birding fans, gardeners, equestrians and more.
