BLOOMINGTON, Ill. — The Illinois Soybean Association (ISA) is pleased to recognize the partners in its 2017 Corporate Partnership Program. ISA joins with industry stakeholders to collaborate on education, research and legislative issues.
“We are excited to continue expanding our Corporate Partnership Program year after year,” says Daryl Cates, soybean farmer from Columbia, Ill., and ISA chairman. “Industry collaboration creates opportunities for everyone involved with soybean production, and we are happy to be connected with many of the leading organizations throughout the soybean industry.”
The 2017 program includes ADM at the Executive level; DuPont Pioneer and Monsanto/Asgrow at the Principal level; Bunge North America and Cargill at the Core level; StollerUSA at the Associate level; Bayer CropScience/Credenz, BASF, Beck’s Hybrids, Dow AgroSciences, FMC, Syngenta, Terra Nova Research & Development Inc., Valent and Convey-All USA at the Affiliate level; and U.S. Borax, Rumbold & Kuhn, The Andersons Inc. and URSA Farmers Co-op at the Support level.
“These important relationships benefit farmers across the state through access to information, support and tools that maximize productivity and profitability,” says Cates. “We thank these organizations for their ongoing support and look forward to continuing these partnerships this year and beyond.”
Many corporate partners participate in ISA farmer connection opportunities, including the Illinois Soybean Summits held in Effingham and Peoria, Ill., Commodity Classic opportunities, the Farm Progress Show and other events. Partners also are involved with Illinois Field & Bean.
The Illinois Soybean Association (ISA) represents more than 43,000 soybean farmers in Illinois through state soybean checkoff and membership efforts. The checkoff funds market development, soybean production and profitability research, promotion, issues management and analysis, communications and education.
