WEST CHESTER, Pa. — Penn State Extension Chester County 4-H is offering a day camp, “Stop the Invasion, Invasive Species.” This camp is to be held on July 29, 30 and 31 from 1:30 to 3:30 p.m. at the Oxford Library. The library is located at 48 S. 2nd St., Oxford PA 19363.
This day camp will provide fun, hands-on and interactive activities to help youth understand the threat of invasive pests. Activities will address current pests affecting Pennsylvania families, farmers and the environment, including the spotted lanternfly.
The day camp fee is $30, which includes a 4-H membership or if already a 4-H member the fee is $10. The day camp is open to all youth ages 8 and older.
