RALEIGH, N.C. — The Industrial Hemp Commission will hold an emergency public meeting to allow the Commission the opportunity to consider a resolution in response to the House Finance and Judiciary Committee’s reclassification of smokable hemp as a class six controlled substance, marijuana, before the Farm Act is considered on Wednesday morning, July 24.
