ENFIELD, Conn. — Due to concerns about the coronavirus (COVID-19), Farm Credit East will hold the 2020 Annual Meeting on March 23, 2020, online and by teleconference. Participation will be available via webinar or telephone.
“The health and well-being of our staff and customers is our highest priority. We are taking these steps to help protect our staff, customers and those who live and work in our communities,” said Mike Reynolds, Farm Credit East CEO. “In the meantime, we will continue to provide members with the best possible customer service and meet their credit and financial services needs.”
The meeting will begin at 4 p.m. and attendees will receive reports from the Board Chair, CEO and nominating committee chair; approve this year’s slate of director candidates and next year’s nominating committee; and hear from 2020 director candidates. Voting will take place in the same manner as an in-person meeting.
