IL Pork to host fall roundtable in Altona

SPRINGFIELD, Ill. — The Illinois Pork Producers Association is hosting a fall roundtable meeting Wednesday, November 15, at the United Church of Altona Fellowship Hall in Altona, IL. The evening will begin at 6:00 p.m. with a meal sponsored by Dow AgroSciences.

Staff from IL Pork will be present to give updates from the state level, as well as conduct an election for the next District 3 Director to the IPPA board. A guest speaker from Dow AgroSciences will talk about the Instinct II Nitrogen Stabilizer project. All IPPA members and those interested in the swine industry are invited to attend.

Fall regional meetings are an excellent time to visit with fellow pork producers in your area and enjoy a meal. If you can attend, please register on www.ilpork.com, or by calling the IPPA office at 217-529-3100 at your earliest convenience.
