Before his appointment as Under Secretary in October 2017, Ibach served as the Director of Agriculture in Nebraska since June 2005. As Director, he had oversight of Nebraska’s plant and animal heath regulatory functions and has been actively involved in foreign and domestic marketing and development activities for the better part of his career. Ibach is also a former President of the National Association of State Departments of Agriculture.
“Mr. Ibach was brought onto the Summit line-up to give producers and allied industry the timely answers and insights on today’s dairy marketing and export reality, as well as set the expectation and the plan for 2019 and beyond,” said Cassandra Strupp, PDPW Program Manager.

The Summit is open for one-day or two-day registration and features an agenda of national experts on the economic, trade, regulatory and food system topics that are critical to today’s dairy industry.
