SUSQUEHANNA, Pa. — Hello I am Kali Harvatine and I am a Susquehanna County Dairy Maid. I am eleven years old and will be in 6th grade at the Mountain View Elementary School when we go back to school in the fall.
Today I’m going to tell you how to make a Yum Yum Cake, one of my favorites and one of my family’s too.
First, you will need to make a vanilla cake mix, and then you will need to let that cool. While you are letting it cool you will need 8 oz of CREAM CHEESE, ½ a cup of MILK, 1 package of vanilla instant pudding. Mix that together. I would recommend using a mixer. After that, put it on the cooled cake. When you have that done get 2 medium size cans of crushed pineapple out and strain them so most of the juice is out, then spread that on top of the cake. Spread 2 containers of Extra Creamy Cool Whip (contains MILK) on top of the pineapple. There will be more topping than cake and that is how it is supposed to be. I would recommend putting it in the fridge to cool. When cool enjoy your Yum Yum Cake. Keep extra YUM Yum Cake in the refrigerator.
And don’t forget your 3 servings of dairy a day, everyday MILK, CHEESE or YOGURT.

8 oz CREAM CHEESE
½ cup MILK
1 Pack of Instant Vanilla Pudding
2 Medium Size Containers of Crushed Pineapple
2 Containers of Extra Creamy Cool Whip
