LOUISBURG, N.C. — The Winter horse educational series will continue with the second in-person meeting Thursday, March 24th, at 6 p.m. The meeting will be conducted at the N.C. Cooperative Extension – Franklin County Center Annex meeting room in Louisburg, beginning at 6 pm. Dinner will be served first followed by the program.
