BARCO, N.C. — Join us for the annual Homegrown and Handmade contest held in conjunction with the Currituck Heritage Festival on Saturday, November 2, 2019. The festival will take place at the Currituck County Rural Center located at 184 Milburn Sawyer Road in Powells Point, NC.
Contest entries are currently being accepted in the youth and adult divisions for arts & crafts; baked & canned goods; homegrown gourds and largest pumpkin. Entry is FREE and monetary prizes will be given to “Best in Show” in all categories.
Rules and entry forms can be downloaded below. Please return forms, and canned entries no later than Wednesday, October 23. For all other entries, please arrive at the Homegrown and Homemade booth by 3 p.m. on November 2.
