ROSSVILLE, Ill. — The Illinois Pork Producers Association (IPPA), along with the Illinois Livestock Development Group (ILDG), is coordinating an Open House for two new 4,100-head wean-to-finish hog barns for third generation farmers, Carl and Jody Clark, near Rossville, Illinois.
When: Thursday, April 6, 2017 from 4:30 – 7:30 PM. Ribbon cutting at 5:00 PM
Where: Clark hog farm – 5586 E. 3550 N. Rd., Rossville, IL
Why: The Clark family is inviting friends, family, and community members to their barns as an opportunity to explore and ask questions before the pigs move in. The ILDG and the IPPA share a common goal of promoting these farmers’ contributions to their family, and community.

Directions to the farm are as follows: From Interstate 74 – Take the Rt. 49 exit, head north on Rt. 49 to Rossville road (3550 N), turn right and go 3 miles east to farm. Or from Interstate 57 to Rantoul – Take Rt. 136 exit, Take Rt. 136 east to Rt. 49, turn left on Rt. 49 heading north, turn right on Rossville road (3550 N), go 3 miles east to farm
