WARSAW, N.Y. — Cornell Cooperative Extension of Wyoming County will host an evening workshop on pruning, staking, and trellising multiple varieties of tomato and cucumbers, in high tunnels. Many of these techniques demonstrated and discussed can be utilized in field and garden grown tomatoes.
Come find out the many benefits to maintaining your plants for health and structure to maximum space and yield. We will meet in the parking lot of the Wyoming County Agriculture and Business Center at 36 Center St. Warsaw, NY 14569 and walk over to the educational high tunnel located at the back of the property.
A question and answer on high tunnel growing will follow the session for anyone not familiar with high tunnels.
