ST. LOUIS — By partnering with key urban agriculture displays, like St. Louis Science Center GROW, the Department has the chance reach an audience who is often disconnected from the farm. During Grow, Harvest, Gather: A Farm Celebration, an event hosted by Missouri and Illinois Farm Bureaus on Saturday, Sept. 30, we will be able to answer questions about how food is grown and who’s growing it.
GROW is a permanent exhibit that offers a wide array of interactive agriculture displays including a combine, livestock corrals, greenhouse, rain play, live plants, a chicken coop and more. The event on Sept. 30 will offer even more hands-on activities and livestock.
This is going to be a great opportunity to #reachMORE Missouri consumers and share the story of agriculture!
