CUMBERLAND CO., Pa. — Penn State Master Gardeners in Cumberland County are hosting the Gardening with Nature series at the Cleve J. Fredricksen Library located at 100 N. 19th Street in Camp Hill. This monthly series of presentations on creating a beautiful garden while preserving a healthy environment are held in the lower level community room of the library.
Join the Penn State Master Gardeners and Diane Barge, President of the West Shore Garden Club, for “Gardening with Nature: I Enjoy Starting Plants from Seeds” on Tuesday, March 17, from 7:00 to 8:30 p.m. Each year Diane successfully grows hundreds of plants from seed. Her presentation will feature the best practices for seed starting, including the benefits of this process, seed selection, planting methods, and proper care for success.
