BOULDER, Colo. — Among all the conflict and confusion around food, how do we make the best decisions about how we feed ourselves?
Join local farmers, scientists, students, and fellow community members for a FREE screening of the “Food Evolution” documentary, followed by a panel discussion. Colorado Farm Bureau is one of the sponsors for the event which will provide a good discussion on a hot-button issue.
“With a soft tone, respectful to opponents but insistent on the data, “Food Evolution” posits an inconvenient truth for organic boosters to swallow: In a world desperate for safe, sustainable food, G.M.O.s may well be a force for good.” – Daniel M. Gold, The New York Times
Doors open at 5:30pm. No tickets needed — entry given to the first 250 at the door. Food and drinks available for purchase at The Dairy Center.
