ENGLEWOOD, Colo. — The Colorado Department of Agriculture, Acres USA and Mosca Hooper Conservation District are pleased to invite you to the first in a series of free Colorado STAR regional events.

8:00am – Saturday, August 13, 2022

Ski Hi complex in Monte Vista, Colorado

Farm Tour and Seminar: Keynote address by Jimmy Emmons, nationally renowned soil health champion and agricultural producer who has demonstrated successful soil building practices on his farm in Oklahoma.

Join us for program updates, guest speakers from the Colorado legislature, breakout rooms on soil science, on-farm economics and other topics, and a panel discussion with local farmers and ranchers practicing soil health. Transportation will be provided to tour two local farms and ranches.
