BALTIMORE — Speakers from Chesapeake Harvest will be leading this session, part three of our food safety series Creating a Culture of Produce Safety, discussing risk reduction practices for post-harvest handling of produce and worker health and hygiene.
Participants will depart with a strong grasp on the protocol for cleaning and sanitizing all food contact surfaces in order to maintain the highest levels of food safety in their operations. This workshop is in partnership with the University of Maryland Eastern Shore Small Farms Program.
