ALBANY — Five Farmer Discussion Group Meetings concerning Estimating Machinery Costs for Better Decision-Making & Insect Basics will be held during the month of December. All Discussion Groups meet from 12:00 pm to 2:00 pm. We will get together over lunch (provided free).

Aaron Gabriel will discuss basic insect biology and identification; including practice in using a hand lens to look at insects and how to send pictures using a phone. Afterward, Sandy Buxton will lead a discussion about how to estimate farm machinery costs to make better decisions about repairing/renting/purchasing machinery. Pesticide credit requested.
